Rondo Building Services Pty Ltd has today announced the acquisition of the USG Boral metal business in New Zealand.
This deal brings together two of New Zealand’s leading manufacturers of metal wall and ceiling systems and will substantially grow the Rondo New Zealand business providing us with additional manufacturing capacity and capability. This will enable Rondo to extend our product offer to include Exposed, Drywall Grid and Concealed Ceiling Systems further enhancing our market leadership position and reputation.

The completion of the acquisition of the USG Boral New Zealand Metals business is expected to take place on the 5th of February 2018.
