At this year’s Australian Steel Institute (ASI) Convention Rondo was awarded a High Commendation for "Industry Best Practice of Environmental Management" against the Rondo Environmental Management system.

The award was accepted on behalf of Rondo by Rondo's Environmental Manager Gonz Marquez. This is Rondo's second such award from the ASI in the past five years.

The award will help strengthen Rondo's environmental credentials when customers are applying for Green Building Council of Australia points on new jobs.
