Work has commenced on this prestigious 667 apartment landmark, which boasts unparalleled amenities across 72 levels, some of which include a private cinema, virtual golf driving range and Level 67 Sky Lounge. By assisting Brookfield Multiplex Constructions’ architects at the design stage, Rondo has ensured our products are readily accessible on site, resulting in less design enquiries during construction.
Rondo will be supplying the project with Stud and Track in 64mm, 76mm and 92mm sizes, KEY-LOCK® Concealed Suspended Ceiling System and PANTHER® Access Panels. Victoria’s Prima Pearl $200 million project has been confirmed to be completed by April 2015 and, upon completion, the building will stand 254m high, making it the fourth tallest building in Melbourne, and fifth tallest in Australia.
